Ambrento Events (Pty) Ltd is a Sandton-based conference and corporate event management company. We plan and run professional events across South Africa — conferences, corporate functions, product launches and meetings — handling the detail so that our clients can be present at their own events rather than running them. The company is registered with the CIPC under number 2020/341778/07 and works nationally.

A Sandton event-management partner

Ambrento Events was founded on the belief that a good event looks effortless precisely because a great deal of careful work sits behind it. We are a private company (proprietary limited) registered with the CIPC under 2020/341778/07 and registered for VAT. The business is directed by Naledi Mokoena and Carlo Ferreira, and works as a hands-on partner from first brief to final pack-down.

We plan thoroughly, communicate clearly, and stay calm on the day — because the day is when planning is tested.

We plan and manage events of many kinds, scaled to the brief and the budget: multi-day conferences, corporate functions and gala dinners, product launches, AGMs and professional meetings. From the programme and the run sheet to registration and the guest experience, we handle the structure so the content can shine.

03 — Production

Event production and logistics

The experience of an event lives in its production and logistics: staging, sound and lighting, audvisual and screens, signage, registration, catering flow and timing. We build a detailed run sheet, brief every supplier against it, and manage the moving parts on the day so that each element arrives, works and happens on cue.

04 — Coordination

Venue and supplier coordination

We help clients choose the right venue and assemble the right suppliers, then coordinate them into a single, well-run event. Because we work with venues and suppliers regularly, we know who delivers and who does not — and we manage the contracts, timings and contingencies so the client deals with one accountable team rather than a dozen separate ones.

Events are unforgiving: the date does not move, and the room fills whether or not everything is ready. Our answer is thorough planning, clear run sheets and contingencies thought through in advance, so that on the day we can manage quietly in the background. When something unexpected happens — and at a live event, something always does — a good plan is what lets us handle it without the guests ever knowing.
